Dear Arklign Family,
To comply with the local health and safety regulations at our lab fabrication facilities in China, dental labs are mandated to implement a new COVID safety and disinfect protocol with a dedicated disinfection room that is equipped with UVC disinfection lamps and disinfectant sprays. This mandate must be completed prior to production after the Lunar New Year Holiday. We are currently at 80% production capacity. Once the new protocol passes health department inspection in the next 2-3 days, we will be able to return to production and fabrication of your cases at 100% capacity.
What to expect
- As of today, we anticipate impact of your case turnaround time by 2-3 additional days in addition to the Lunar New Year Holiday delays.
- For real-time case status, please see the ARRIVING BY date on the Arklign Platform of your cases. If the ARRIVING BY date on the Arklign Platform shows PENDING, this means an arrive by date has not been determined. Please check back on the Arklign Platform for case status updates.
