Last week, our team of technicians worked around the clock to complete your cases and as a result most cases were completed earlier than we expected in our calendars. We update our Arriving by dates as soon as the case is completed in our production facilitates so look for the latest Arriving by date on the Arklign Platform or call our office for latest status.
Update (2/10/20)
Good News! Our facilities in China will reopen today and start fabrication of the cases that were pending. Due to the back log of cases during the closure, we require additional fabrication time for all cases received from Jan 21, 2020 – Feb 28, 2020. Please refer to the link of calendars below. We will be back to our normal turnaround times for cases we will receive on and after Mar 2, 2020. We appreciate your patience during these challenging times for our company. Announcement(2/3/20)
To help avoid contributing to the spread of the Coronavirus, as of February 3, 2020, Arklign will temporarily close our facilities in China for one week. We plan to reopen on February 10th. This planned closure is in accordance with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Chinese government’s guidance in an effort to mitigate risk related to the Coronavirus.
With this temporary closure, cases received between February 3 and February 7 will require additional fabrication time. Please reference our updated scheduling calendar attached to schedule patient appointment accordingly. During our fabrication facility closure in China, if you wish to cancel a case, please contact us by phone, email, or message via Arklign platform. Thank you for your understanding and support in our effort to help curb the spread of the virus.
