Education

PIVOTALS provides educational and training services in the field of implant dentistry, including lectures, courses, and continuing education programs relating to fixed full-arch implant rehabilitation for edentulous patients. Instruction covers case planning principles, surgical and restorative workflows, digital and analog techniques, design parameters, prosthetic techniques, multi-unit abutments (MUAs), Locator Fixed systems, restorative material selection, maintenance protocols, and clinical and laboratory best practices for achieving predictable esthetic and functional outcomes.

Consultation

PIVOTALS provides consultation and case planning services for fixed full-arch and complex full-mouth implant rehabilitation. Services include evaluation of clinical conditions and restorative options, development of individualized case and restorative workflows, and recommendations for implant-retained prosthetic solutions, including fixed alternatives to removable prostheses and implant-retained bar restorations. Consultation may incorporate digital scanning and CAD/CAM technology and address prosthetic design, MUAs, Locator Fixed systems, and restorative materials such as PMMA, zirconia, nanoceramic materials, and reinforced substructures, with consideration of clinical requirements, strength, esthetics, function, maintenance, and treatment objectives.
