How do I send you a case with impression and/or model?

STEP 1. Place disinfected case in bag and wrap stone models in bubble wrap

STEP 2. Staple Rx to outside of bag

STEP 3. Place bag inside a padded pouch. You can also re-use the blue bubble wrap sent with cases.

Step 4. Place padded pouch in shipping box and seal/tape box closed.

Step 5. Attache shipping label on the front/top of the box. You can print shipping labels online on Arklign Case Relationship Management platform.

Step 6. Schedule a pickup
