Update April 30, 2020:

Dear Arklign Family,

As we continue to monitor local and national COVID-19 guidelines, we are seeing counties and states across the nation gearing up for reopening. Our focus is to be ready and prepared to support you and your team in a post-COVID-19 future. During our temporary closure, we’ve enhanced our safety and infection control protocols to handle your lab cases and safeguard our customers and employees. We have also engaged in many educational webinars with variety of topics and are eager to share what we’ve learned with you. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the most updated news and educational content from Arklign.

As we anticipate temporary closure orders being lifted throughout counties and states in the next few weeks, Arklign will be open and fully operational starting May 18, 2020.

With our reopening date set, we would also like to know when your office will be open and the extent of treatments you are planning to perform, whether its emergency only, or also non-essential procedures. This will help us allocate resources and manpower to ensure a smooth ramp up. Please look out for our emails and messages as we prepare to reopen. When we reopen, your account manager and customer service representatives will also reach out to you for any questions or concerns you may have.

We are very proud to see our collective efforts are making a difference to mitigate against spread of the virus.  Stay well and we look forward to working with you soon!

Original Mar 7, 2020:

Dear Arklign Family,

On March 15, 2020, the California Dental Association (CDA) has strongly recommended that dentists practicing in California voluntarily suspend nonessential or non-urgent dental care for the next 14 days. To help avoid contributing to the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Arklign has elected to temporarily suspend our operations in San Jose, California from Tuesday, March 17, 2020 to Friday, March 27, 2020. We currently anticipate normal operations will resume on Monday, March 30, 2020. As we continue to closely monitor the situation, any updates to our current plan will be notified.

During the 14-day temporary closure, Arklign will not be accepting cases. Fabrication of cases received or in-fabrication from March 16, 2020 will be delayed until our facility reopens. By request only, if you wish to arrange case deliveries or cancel an unfinished case currently in our lab, please email us at [email protected] with specific case information.

We would like to thank you for your understanding and support in our effort to help curb the spread of the virus. We believe our collective efforts will make a difference to mitigate against spread of the virus. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to email us at [email protected].
