Case alerts are sent to you for any technical questions or clarifications your laboratory may have. The sooner the case alert is resolved, the less likely the case will be delayed for delivery.  Therefore, we improved our aCRM experience to help you easily view cases that have a Case Alert and waiting for your response.

  • If your Est. Arrival date shows Pending, it means that there is a case alert that needs to be resolved. Therefore, the estimated arrival is still undetermined.
  • The type of case alert will be shown at the beginning of the message to give you a quick summary of your case alert.

You can turn on the exclamation icon to filter the cases that have pending case alert(s).
