Wow. This year went by so fast and was filled with so many events, accomplishments, and just overall fun!  We are so lucky to have shared this time with you and thought it would be great to reflect back on this past year.

We spent a lot of time with our Arklign Family

This past year we spent more time with our dentists, office staffs, labs and partners; held over 30 events and office visits across the US.  We enjoyed speaking with you to get a better understanding of your needs and providing education so you can grow your practices. We received approval to provide CE credits in 2020 so look out for future events here.

We made HIPAA security our top priority

We take our dentists and patients data security seriously and spent the last couple of years building our security program(policies & procedures) from the ground up. In 2019, we were recognized as a trusted network winner by Ostendio due to our dedicated security team’s efforts. Just by using our Arklign Platform to submit cases and communicate with our lab, you are already 100% more secure than other practices who send traditional paper Rx/Fax to send to a laboratory with zero security program. In 2020, we plan to aid our practices and labs in becoming more HIPAA compliant and will be rolling out more security processes and features through our platform.

We hit over $2 Million in potential dollar savings for our practices

Our mission is to build close relationships with our practices and labs and through our platform, help them highlight areas where they can save money, improve patient care and grow their practices. We are so proud to hit $2M in potential savings.  This is a testament to the commitment of our team and our passion for our practices.  Feel free to contact us if you want to know how much you can save.

We launched our All-on-X product line and digital workflow

We heard our dentists need for All-on-X implant restoration support and found one of the best experts in the Bay Area to join our team, Jessie Potenciano. He leads the development of our denture implant products and digital workflow. In 2020, he will be going on an education tour and help our dentists chairside with AOX restorations.  Jessie has been in the dental industry for 15+ years and has a CDT in Full Dentures. He enjoys working closely with the doctors and provides chairside support so he can see first hand the patient’s happy expression. He has a wife and 1 year old daughter and enjoys volunteering for CDA cares, Eastbay Stand Down, and Project Homeless Connect.

We finally got to ride the Slingshot!
