Practice Managers and Admins can share a case with another Dentist
We understand that there are practices with multiple dentists that may need to transfer a patient from one dentist to another. Practice Managers and Admins now have ability to share a case with another Dentist. This will allow the shared Dentist to message in that existing case, create a new case for that patient, or submit a Rework Case for that patient. This will allow a smooth transition from one dentist to another. Click “Share” under More menu.
